1.What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We store the garments you add (their photos and tags), your body photo if you save one, and the measurements you enter — height, and optionally gender and fit preference. We also keep a record of each try-on attempt: when it ran, which engine handled it, whether it succeeded and how long it took.
2.Why we store it
Your Google account identifier is the key your wardrobe is filed under, which is what lets it survive a reinstall and appear on a second device. Garment photos and tags are the wardrobe itself. Your body photo and measurements are what the try-on renders you rather than a generic model. Try-on records exist so we can reconcile usage against the AI bill and see when renders are failing.
3.Photos, and which ones are kept
Garment photos are stored on our server until you delete the garment. A body photo is stored only if you save one to your profile, and you can delete it at any time from the Profile screen. A photo you take on the try-on screen without saving it is used to produce that one image and is not kept. Generated try-on images are returned to your device and are not stored on our server.
4.Who else sees your data
To tag a garment, suggest an outfit or render a try-on, the relevant images and text are sent to Google (Gemini) and, as a fallback engine, Hugging Face, purely to produce that result. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your email address and payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no analytics or tracking SDK in the app.
5.Payments and credits
If you buy try-on credits, we store the credit balance on your account and a ledger entry for each purchase, render, refund and manual adjustment: the amount, the currency, and Stripe's reference for the payment. Stripe's own handling of your payment details is covered by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
6.Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. API keys live on our server and are never shipped inside the app. Your wardrobe is only ever served against a valid Google sign-in token, and your body photo is served only to you — it is never available from a public URL.
7.How long we keep it
Your data stays until you remove it. Deleting a garment deletes its photo immediately. Deleting your account erases everything we hold about you — profile, garments, body photo, try-on history and credit ledger — and it is not recoverable afterwards.
8.Deleting your account and data
In the app: Profile → “Delete account and data”. On the web: visit bodyfitstudio.app/delete-account, or email yafiscreativity@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days. Any unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.
9.Children
BodyFit Studio is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a child below that age, we delete it.
10.Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — by email, at any time. Deletion is also self-service, in the app and on the web, and it is genuinely a deletion rather than a flag on a row.
11.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date, and material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use BodyFit Studio after a change means the new policy applies.
